I wonder if any of the scouting badges have changed since I was a youth. My son has earned a few and they look like what I had. This one is still the same design.
I think the current requirements are different than when I was youth however. I don't remember doing any of the current requirements except perhaps some formal debating at school. There certainly were never school newspapers or courts of honour in my time.
