Day 56: Scout Badge

This is the invested Scout badge from my old uniform.

I forgot that there used to be different levels when I sewed the bronze-trimmed badge earlier. I cannot recall what that was (although "pioneer" may have been the name.)

I still wonder why this is not the logo of Scouts Canada? Not that the design is necessarily better than the current design but it is simpler. It does violate the colour on colour rule of heraldry though.
