This vibrant American badge from the Aloha Council governing Scouting in Hawaii was picked up at WJ'83. It features (I believe) King Kamehameha who united Hawaii as a kingdom and met the great explorer Captain James Cook.
Apparently Aloha Council is celebrating 100 years of Scouting in Hawaii this year. They started the same year Scouting was brought to the United States.
