Perhaps it should not be so unusual given the general use of badges for everything in Scouting but I have never seen such a thing. I got mine from the man himself when he came to Victoria as part of his cross-country tour to speak to members of Scouting about Scouting Now and his vision for the future.
He certainly inspired some of our leaders and within a month we had held two meetings in our group with leaders, parents and some senior section youth. Our group has decided to be proactive and try to meet the goal of doubling our membership.
And yes, it is a pretty good - albeit cartoon - likeness of the guy.
