The old BC Interior Region badge.
You can tell it's old because it says "Boy Scouts Canada" (like my Greater Victoria badge). Notice the way they just merged this badge with the CJ badge for the jamboree badge.
Simple round design and a really detailed cougar are nice but a little undone by questionable colour choices. Red on blue doesn't really work for me here. Yikes, next I'll be critiquing uniform styles and accessories like a New York runway show.
