Once again that is what the badge is called today. To me however it looks like the Charles Atlas badge for going from a "scrawny weakling" to a "hero of the beach". Obviously I didn't follow his program (see my best finish of silver in the Participaction program) as I never turned into a muscleman.
On balance however I never really wanted to look like a uterus.
