Very different than the current badge (note: "Boy Scouts" has not been used for several years). This is the one that really says "Victoria" to me.
The badge includes two iconic features of Victoria, Capitol of the Province of British Columbia: the distinctive lamp posts that adorn our downtown and the Parliament Buildings which house the BC Provincial Legislature.
