One of the contingent badges featuring an original design and a decent looking badge it is. The colour scheme is a bit unusual but at least it is distinctive. I do have to wonder who designed it. I mean, what does a seagull have to do with the Yukon or most of BC?
My guess would be that it was designed by someone here on the Island or on the Lower Mainland.
