They appear to be (or have been) a district within the White Pine Region.
I love the attempt at an interesting geographical illustration but it just looks like a frozen vegetable label, sorry.

What is this?
I have too many badges collected over the years and I felt it was time to start sewing them on. Starting on the Anniversary of BP's birthday (Feb 22) I am going to sew one badge per day on my blanket until the backlog is gone.
