Day 89: Rovent '83

The only event I remember attending with the 5th Arbutus Venturer Company other than the World Jamboree of that year.

All I remember of the event held in Manning Park was the snow. It was one of only two times I actually tented in the snow and both times were with the Venturers. I was reminded of this the other day when some scouters at my recent course were talking about the Rovent this year. Apparently the event has been going annually since 1974.
