The city of Chester in England gets it's name from the Latin castrum for "camp". In particular the site of an important Roman Army camp built in 79 CE and occupied until the 5th Century.
Back in 1980 I guess they were celebrating 70 years of Scouting in Chester but of course this year they are celebrating 100 years! I'm lucky whoever I traded with in '83 still had some left.
